Order was not delivered. Hard to recover from that - since the funeral service was over by the time I realized this. Rachel was very nice and did what she could but hard to give good reviews overall. Delivery of a free basket of flowers after the event is great. But I can't say that I would use the service again - I will go direct to a florist I know or go with online reviews of florists I can find to confirm there is not a history of major failure......
